Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccable, and the value for money was exceptional. The rooftop bar and Givenchy spa added a touch of luxury, making it a memorable experience. However, the location, while offering a great view, was slightly inconvenient for exploring on foot. The dining experience was a mixed bag with outstanding buffet options but room for improvement in the quality of some dishes.
The hotel was not exactly as pictured on the website, which was disappointing. The rooms were smaller than expected, featuring a split shower bath with a sunken tub separate from the toilet. Despite the unconventional design, they were very clean. The step up into the marble bathroom and down into the tub was quite long, making it inconvenient.
The hotel offers high-class rooms with a beautiful view of the city and swimming pool, all clean and great value for money. The service was friendly and helpful, especially accommodating for guests with special needs. The location, though a bit out of the main area, provides a unique setting on a hilltop. The dining experience varies from outstanding to standard, and the facilities complement the high-class atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room, although not as pictured online and smaller than expected, surprised me with a glass-walled bathroom offering stunning views of the pool and the medina. The service was mostly accommodating and friendly, but a 25-minute delay in airport pick-up was a downside. The location was a perfect escape from the busy city, making me feel much farther away while still being close to the center. The dining experience, though lovely, felt a bit chaotic during peak times. Overall, a stay with some pleasant surprises and minor inconveniences.
The hotel's rooms were underwhelming and not as pictured on the website, leading to disappointment, but they offered excellent bathroom amenities and a comfortable bed. The service was accommodating but experienced delays in airport pick-up. The location, while optimal outside the busy city, seemed short-staffed. Dining was a mix of chaos and quality with some delicious options and some room for improvement. The facilities were decent overall.
